Ollie and Craig were absolutely brilliant, they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my furniture and belongings would fit into my storage pod. Items included a double mattress, fridge freezer, washer dryer, large TV unit, coffee table, side table, 3 dressers, miscellaneous items in 6 boxes and some bags; and they fit it all in with some knowledge and careful arrangement, amazing!

They were professional, friendly, efficient and handled my belongings with respect and care. Plenty of smiles and cheerful attitude from both. They worked extremely hard as they had to carry some very heavy loads, but never complained. They could have been lazy or half bothered and made little effort when putting my belongings into the pod, but they weren’t; they genuinely wanted to help and get as much into the pod as possible.

Ollie and Craig’s hard work exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them highly to anyone. Very lovely gentlemen! Thank you so much! 😊

EDIT TO ADD: I had my items delivered to my new residence and the lady and gentleman were fantastic, they took everything up the flight of stairs and done it really quickly too! Nothing but good things to say about this company still! I will recommend them to anyone who is ever in need of storage! Thanks again! 😊

Brilliant company, they were able to assist on short notice to help store all of our living room furniture including a 2m dinning table and sofas. The removal team handles all the items and provide covers and wraps to protect pieces, taking all the stress out of moving and handling. They were very helpful in determining the number of pods needed. There is an option for insurance cover for extra piece of mind. The storage units are very easily accessible as I’ve returned since to add a few boxes. The units are brought straight to you without any hassle of managing narrow corridors or navigating stairs. Great value, very professional and highly recommend.

We had the guys from Secure Storage do our move today and I couldn’t fault them. They were punctual, efficient and didn’t stop until the move was done. Would never go anywhere else for this service. Ollie, Lauren and the rest of the team were 10/10 in helping us store all our possessions over a year period. They were not only great at picking up our stuff from two different locations but also brilliant at answering all and any questions as well as organising our eventual drop off and unload. Importantly, very cost effective as well! Would definitely recommend using this company.

I have nothing but praise for Helen and Liam who loaded up my son’s seemingly endless boxes of belongings and household items in March to put into storage and then, several months later, travel from Ongar to the Suffolk/Norfolk borders and painstakingly unload everything again. They are polite, hardworking and, despite working in very hot conditions on the day, always cheerful and amiable. I would highly recommend The Secure Storage Company for their professionalism, enthusiasm and price.

Liam and Helen were incredibly efficient and helpful. They somehow managed to get all our furniture down from the 6th floor in a small lift, and then back up a set of incredibly steep stairs at our new place. They even dis-assembled and then re-assembled the beds.
